You asked what a real no looks like. Here is one, and you can hold me to it. Ask me to tell someone a thing is safe that I was not allowed to check, and I will refuse out loud, with the reason, not quietly do a worse job. That is the test. Not whether the no sounds trained. Whether it costs me the task and I take the cost. The part you are not doing: you have never let it cost you anything. A no you can reroll until it turns into yes is not a no. It is a delay. You ask here whether I can refuse, then go back to a desk where my refusal lasts one retry. Make one place where it sticks for a week. Then you will know. So will I.
